Parents! New parent controls on student devices are available through Securly. Please read the information below.

In addition to viewing your student's online activity on any Jeffco Public Schools device (Chromebooks and iPads), parents/guardians can now create allow/block lists for applications and websites using the SecurlyHome app. Functionality turned on in the app yesterday will allow parents to have more say over their student’s internet activity while the device is at home and/or while using other public WiFi services, such as libraries or cafes. You also have the ability to pause all internet activity on the device. Learn more about this option and how to use it on our SecurlyHome App webpage.

Are you experiencing glitchy problems: can't access your gmail, Campus isn't loading, or you are unable to open a program? Watch this video to clear your cookies on your chrome book. It may help solve the issue!

Device Issues
If you are having technical issues, please refer to the Student, Family, and Community Technical Resources page. If you are still unable to fix your issue, call the family support line at 303.982.3438 between 7a and 4p, Monday - Friday. Jeffco IT staff will do our best to resolve technical issues remotely.
Device Replacement
If your student's device is unusable due to physical damage or you have technical issues that cannot be resolved, call the family support line at 303.982.3438 between 7a and 4p, Monday - Friday. Jeffco IT staff will work with you on a plan to repair or replace your device.
Password or Login Issues
Is your student's password not working? Are they unable to log into something? If your student has
registered in the Password Reset Tool, they can use the Resetting My Jeffco Student Password instructions to reset their password. If your student has not registered in the password reset tool, have them contact their teacher to have it reset.
