I, the parent/guardian, am aware that my child is applying for a position on Drake Middle School’s yearbook staff. I realize that, if chosen, he/she will be required to attend some after school activities to take pictures and report (ie: concerts, plays, club meetings, etc.) If my child is chosen for a staff position, I will provide transportation for these dates. I realize that as we get closer to deadline dates, my child may need to do some yearbook assignments out of school as well as attend a few work days after school. (No more than 4 workdays a year.)
